Farro Lentil Burger
So I am not a Vegetarian. I do play one sometimes, depending on the day and how I feel.
If I were a true to the heart vegan, I would visit Green Space weekly if not daily. The natural wood and greenary in the space are a perfect fit. Ferndale, Michigan has added great restaurants to the area. From the moment we walked in and saw the crowd, I knew the word was out about Green Space. The menu carried a variety of vegan delights. The girls and I decided to order and sample almost everything on the menu. We started with the drinks…Yummy!! I really loved the fact you can add a cold press beverage from it’s partner Drought to your cocktail. Now about the food….GREAT! It was hard to pick a favorite. I would have to say the lentil burger if I had to choose. It was so flavorful and amazing. Everything the girls and I ordered was wonderful. The food was seasoned to perfection. If you are reluctant because you must have meat, eat with your eyes closed and I promise, you will not know the difference. Check out this vegan delight and let me know how you like it.
