Occasionally we do offer exclusive discounts to our Fashion Savvy Junkie subscribers. Subscribe and you will be able to receive exclusive discounts offered to our subscribers only.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it’s placed?
As we do understand mistakes happen and we want to make sure all parties are happy, email us within thirty minutes of placing your order and allow our team to investigate your concerns. If at all possible we are willing to make size adjustments, but refunds will be handled per our terms & conditions policy.
What forms or payment do you accept?
All orders are processed through PayPal.

How much is shipping?
Our Flat-rate shipping is $10.
Overnight shipping is available at additional cost (please email us @ info@shopfashionsavvy,com for pricing).
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days with the exception of pre-orders, holidays and weekends.
A email will be sent with tracking number or confirming your order has been completed, and is ready for local pickup.
We definitely do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders in a timely manor. If for any reasons your ordered is delayed, you will
be contacted immediately by our staff.
How long does it take to process pre-orders?
All pre-orders have a ETA date (estimate time of arrival). This is the date given to us by the vendor. We will ship out all packages on or before that date, unless the vendor changes the ETA. At that time you will be notified and the updated ETA will be placed on your oder. We will not refund or credit any accounts, unless the order exceeds 30days past the original ETA. We work closely with our vendors to make sure our items arrive to us in a timely manor, so we can do the same for you.
